Join winemaker Jeremy Carter of Tarpon Cellars and Banjo Wine Co, as well as The Futurebirds all the way from Athens, GA for a five course meal with wine and music pairings for each dish. Food will be prepared by Chef Quentin Garcia, formerly of Michelin Star rated The Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa Valley and Dragsholm Slot in Denmark. This immersive experience will center around five unique themes, and there will be a discussion with the artists and winemaker around what goes into creating the music and the wines. This intimate evening will feature unreleased wines, a chance to ask questions, and a new type of shared experience to remember.
